Station Songs – Kingdom FM & Peak 107

Tuesday, December 28th, 2010 | Random Audio

It’s been a while since I’ve added any audio, so here’s a couple of station songs from the late 90′, complete with lyrics! Produced by Steve England this is the same song sung for two different stations; Kingdom FM in Fife, and Peak 107 FM in Derbyshire.

Kingdom FM

In Fife it’s in the air
A voice you can hear everywhere

Dunfermline and Newport
Glenrothes and Markinch
The Forth road and rail bridge

Golfing in St. Andrews
or walking in the Lomond Hills
Carnegie Hall, Cupar’s corn exchange

Driving on the M90 there’s a voice for everyone
Fife’s magic mix, Kingdom FM

Dalgety Bay and Elie
Kinghorn and Leslie
Wherever you go Kingdom’s in the air

Inverkeithing and Kelty
Cupar and Drumkilty
Kirkcaldy is our kind of place

Something’s in the air, you can hear it everywhere,
From the River Tay to the River Forth

Fife’s magic mix
Kingdom FM Scotland

Peak 107 FM

Peak 107 FM

In the air in North Derbyshire
A voice you can hear everywhere

Matlock and Clay Cross
Bolsover and Bakewell
Chesterfield and the crooked spire

Chatsworth House is our house
Eckington and Staveley
Hardwick hall, The Peak National Park

Driving down the M1, there’s a voice for everyone
You’ve got the peak, Peak 107 FM

Wingerworth and Walton,
Shuttlewood, and Whittington,
wherever you go peak is in the air

Arkwright Town and Grassmoor,
North Wingfield and Nether Moor
Saltergate is our kind of place

Something’s in the air, you can hear it everywhere
at last you’ve made it to the peak

You’ve made it to the peak
Peak 107 FM Derbyshire

Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to my new look website, and trading list!

If you've not visited before, I'm Rob, and I collect sung radio ID's, better known as jingles! You'll often find me on the JingleMad forum (profile).

This web site showcases some of my favourite jingles, along with my jingle trading list.
If you too collect radio jingles then I'd love to swap packages with you. I collect on CD, MD and HQ-MP3/WAV and am mainly interested in packages from UK stations, though I also have a number of US and European packages in my collection. My favourite production company is JAM Creative Productions of Dallas, Texas, USA.

Enjoy the site! -Rob
